Noise reduction and hearing aids
We aim to bridge the gap between recognition of hearing loss and adopting hearing aids, improving overall well-being.
There’s a need for more knowledge and understanding. Our research plays a vital role as the link between understanding life with hearing loss and developing state-of-the-art technology that tackles these challenges.
Connect to a community to enhance understanding of life with hearing loss. This month we invite you to dive into “Conversation dynamics” through a 3-minute explainer with Filip Rønne, Head of ORCA Labs.
ORCA Labs researchers are present at the most important audiology conferences in the world. Sometimes we do talks, sometimes we present posters. Visit our latest posters below.
The sections below describe the research interests that ORCA Labs has focused on in the past, as well as the ongoing activities that we are currently involved in.
Every year ORCA Labs findings are published, peer reviewed and presented to the audiology scientific community. We invite you to dive in and learn more about the already published ORCA Labs work on.
ORCA Labs contribute to the understanding of hearing loss worldwide because of the little “s” in Labs. It signifies that there is more than one home in our family. Structural trends like growing populations, increasing noise exposure, and aging populations are globally shared, but the ways they impact are different from geography to geography.
